This notice explains how information is handled through the public mission website and Phase I application, including information submitted for review, verification, communication and approved-business onboarding.
The simple Phase I application asks for applicant contact details, business identity and registration information, local administrative area, industry, business size, current digital presence and a short description of the support requested. Mission enquiries include the contact information and message that you provide.
Information you choose to send is used to review participation interest, communicate with applicants, support eligibility and verification discussions, coordinate approved-business onboarding, respond to enquiries and measure programme activity.
The simple Phase I application is prepared in your browser. EQUORS does not store a draft of this application on the website. When you choose Email or WhatsApp, your browser opens the selected service with the application message prepared for you. Nothing is transmitted until you review the message and press Send.
Where a verification route is formally agreed, relevant business information may be checked through authorised procedures or shared with approved verification partners only as needed and with an appropriate legal basis or business consent. The mission does not request unrestricted access to confidential Chamber databases.
Email, WhatsApp, hosting, security and communications providers may process information where needed to deliver messages or operate the programme. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply when you choose those services.
Application information that you send by email or WhatsApp, and enquiry information received through the mission, is retained only for programme review, verification, delivery, reporting, dispute handling and applicable legal or operational needs. Applicants may request deletion where applicable.
The service is designed to use encrypted transport, server-side validation, controlled access, secure secret management, backups and operational monitoring. No public account is required to apply.

The simplified Phase I application requests only the information needed for an initial review and follow-up. Additional verification or onboarding information should be requested only when it has a clear operational purpose.
